Initial 15 minute phone consultation: Free Intial Diagnostic Assessment: $175 50 minute individual therapy session: $125 (Sliding scale available. Please contact me to discuss if ability to pay is of concern).

I am also an out-of-network provider with some insurance companies. You may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement to your health insurance carrier, if you have mental health and out of network benefits.

Fees are collected at the time of your session. If desired, I can then provide you with a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify coverage and out of network benefits.
